Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and an encrypted version of your password. For each child profile you add, we keep the profile name, avatar, age band, and listening preferences so we can recommend age-appropriate stories.

Your data is used to personalize story recommendations, sync favourites and narrator voices across devices, and manage your subscription. We never sell your personal information or your children's data to third parties.

Child profiles are managed entirely by the account guardian. We do not request personal contact information from children, and parental controls let you enable bedtime mode and review listening history at any time.

Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and all data is scoped to your account so other users can never access your family's information. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us through the Contact Us page. Deleting your account removes all associated profiles, favourites, and voices.
