You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and act as the guardian for any child profiles you add.

Premium access is billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Gift card balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Stories, audio, and narrator voices are licensed for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not copy, redistribute, or attempt to download the underlying content. Recorded custom voices may only be created with the consent of the person being recorded.

All stories, artwork, and audio remain the property of Once Upon a Time or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable license to stream the content within the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
